هذه السياسة توضّح البيانات التي يجمعها متجر الشريك التقني (PartnerTech) على الموقع
partnertech.ly، ولماذا نجمعها، ومع مَن نشاركها، وكيف يمكنك حذفها.
نكتبها بلغة واضحة ومطابقة لما يفعله الموقع فعليًا.
باختصار: نجمع فقط ما نحتاجه لتنفيذ طلبك وتوصيله. لا نبيع بياناتك لأي جهة،
ولا نستخدم أي أدوات تتبّع إعلانية، ولا تمرّ بيانات بطاقتك المصرفية عبر خوادمنا إطلاقًا.
١. البيانات التي نجمعها
معلومات الحساب
- الاسم، ورقم الهاتف، والبريد الإلكتروني (اختياري).
- كلمة المرور تُخزَّن مشفّرة ولا يمكن لأحد — بما في ذلك إدارة المتجر — قراءتها.
تسجيل الدخول عبر Google أو Facebook
- إذا اخترت تسجيل الدخول بحسابك في Google أو Facebook، نستلم منهم اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني وصورة الحساب فقط.
- لا نستلم كلمة مرورك الخاصة بتلك المنصات، ولا يمكننا الوصول إلى رسائلك أو قائمة أصدقائك.
- لا ننشر أي شيء على حسابك ولا نرسل رسائل نيابةً عنك.
بيانات الطلبات
- المنتجات والكميات والأسعار، وعنوان التوصيل والمدينة.
- حالة الطلب، واسم السائق ورقم التتبّع عند الشحن.
- إيصال الدفع الذي ترفعه (في حال الحوالة أو الدفع اليدوي).
خدمة الطباعة ثلاثية الأبعاد
- ملفات التصميم التي ترفعها (STL / OBJ / PLY / 3MF وملفات CAD).
- خيارات الطباعة: نوع الخامة واللون والجودة والكمية، والتقدير المحسوب للسعر والوقت.
بيانات تقنية
- عنوان IP ونوع المتصفح ضمن سجلّات الخادم الاعتيادية (لأغراض الأمان وتشخيص الأعطال).
- تخزين محلي في متصفحك (localStorage) لحفظ سلة التسوق وجلسة الدخول واللغة ووضع العرض.
هذه البيانات تبقى على جهازك.
٢. المدفوعات — بيانات بطاقتك لا تصل إلينا
تتم مدفوعات البطاقات عبر بوابة معاملات (Moamalat) داخل نافذة آمنة تابعة لها.
رقم بطاقتك وتاريخ انتهائها ورمز CVV لا تمرّ عبر خوادمنا ولا يراها أي موظف لدينا.
نحتفظ فقط بالرقم المرجعي للعملية وحالتها (ناجحة / مرفوضة) لربطها بطلبك.
٣. كيف نستخدم بياناتك
- تنفيذ الطلب وتجهيزه وتوصيله إليك.
- التواصل معك بخصوص طلبك عبر الرسائل أو الهاتف أو واتساب.
- إرسال إشعارات الطلب بالبريد الإلكتروني (تأكيد، شحن، تسليم، إلغاء) إذا زوّدتنا ببريدك.
- حساب تسعيرة الطباعة ثلاثية الأبعاد وتنفيذ طلب الطباعة.
- الدعم الفني وخدمة ما بعد البيع.
- الرسائل التسويقية فقط بموافقتك، ويوجد رابط «إلغاء الاشتراك» في أسفل كل رسالة يعمل فورًا.
٤. مع مَن نشارك البيانات
نحن لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية ولا نؤجّرها لأي جهة. نشاركها فقط بالقدر اللازم مع:
- مندوب التوصيل — الاسم ورقم الهاتف والعنوان فقط، لغرض التسليم.
- بوابة الدفع (معاملات) — لإتمام عملية الدفع.
- مزوّد البريد الإلكتروني (Migadu) — لإرسال رسائل الطلبات.
- الجهات الرسمية — إذا طُلب منّا ذلك بموجب القانون الليبي.
٥. ملفات التصميم الخاصة بك
الملفات التي ترفعها لخدمة الطباعة خاصة وغير متاحة للعموم. تُخزَّن خارج المجلد
العام للموقع، ولا يمكن الوصول إليها عبر رابط مباشر. يستطيع فتحها أنت فقط بعد
تسجيل دخولك، بالإضافة إلى إدارة المتجر لتنفيذ طلبك. لا نشاركها مع أي طرف آخر
ولا نستخدمها لأي غرض عدا تنفيذ طلبك.
٦. المعرض (Showcase)
إذا اخترت مشاركة صورة لقطعة طبعناها لك، فإنها تُعرض علنًا في صفحة المعرض بعد مراجعتها.
هذه المشاركة اختيارية تمامًا، ويمكنك طلب إزالة صورتك في أي وقت.
٧. الكوكيز وأدوات التتبّع
لا نستخدم أي أدوات تحليلات أو تتبّع إعلاني — لا Google Analytics ولا Facebook Pixel
ولا أي بكسل تتبّع لطرف ثالث. النصوص البرمجية الخارجية الوحيدة على الموقع هي:
- تسجيل الدخول عبر Google — ويُحمَّل عند استخدامك له.
- تسجيل الدخول عبر Facebook — ويُحمَّل عند استخدامك له.
- خطوط Google Fonts لعرض الخط العربي.
٨. مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
- سجلّات الطلبات والفواتير: نحتفظ بها للأغراض المحاسبية وخدمة ما بعد البيع.
- ملفات التصميم: نحتفظ بها لتتمكن من إعادة الطلب لاحقًا دون رفعها من جديد.
- عند طلبك الحذف، نحذف بياناتك وفق ما هو موضّح في القسم التالي.
٩. حقوقك — الاطّلاع والتصحيح والحذف
- الاطّلاع: يمكنك طلب نسخة من بياناتك المحفوظة لدينا.
- التصحيح: يمكنك تعديل بيانات حسابك أو مراسلتنا لتصحيحها.
- إلغاء الرسائل التسويقية: عبر رابط إلغاء الاشتراك في أي رسالة.
- الحذف: يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك بالكامل —

١٠. أمان البيانات
الموقع يعمل بالكامل عبر اتصال مشفّر (HTTPS)، وكلمات المرور مخزّنة مشفّرة،
وملفات التصاميم محفوظة في مسار غير عام. ومع ذلك لا يمكن لأي نظام على الإنترنت أن يضمن
الأمان المطلق، ونحن نعمل باستمرار على تحسين حماية بياناتك.
١١. الأطفال
الموقع مخصّص للتعاملات التجارية ولا يستهدف الأطفال دون سن ١٣ عامًا، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.
١٢. تعديلات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند إضافة خدمات جديدة. سيظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة دائمًا.
This policy explains what data PartnerTech collects on
partnertech.ly, why we collect it, who we share it with,
and how you can have it deleted. It describes what the site actually does.
In short: we collect only what we need to fulfil and deliver your order.
We do not sell your data, we run no advertising or analytics trackers, and your card
details never pass through our servers.
1. What we collect
Account information
- Your name, phone number, and email address (optional).
- Your password is stored hashed — nobody, including store staff, can read it.
Signing in with Google or Facebook
- If you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive only your name, email address, and profile picture.
- We never receive your password for those services, and we cannot read your messages or friend list.
- We never post anything to your account or send messages on your behalf.
Order data
- Products, quantities and prices; your delivery address and city.
- Order status, and the driver name and tracking number once shipped.
- Any payment receipt you upload (for bank transfer or manual payment).
3D printing service
- The design files you upload (STL / OBJ / PLY / 3MF and CAD files).
- Your print options: material, colour, quality, quantity, and the calculated price and time estimate.
Technical data
- IP address and browser type in standard server logs (for security and troubleshooting).
- Browser localStorage holding your cart, session, language and theme. This stays on your device.
2. Payments — we never see your card
Card payments are processed by the Moamalat gateway inside its own secure window.
Your card number, expiry date and CVV never reach our servers and are never visible to our staff.
We store only the transaction reference and its result (approved / declined) so we can match it to your order.
3. How we use your data
- To prepare, fulfil and deliver your order.
- To contact you about your order by message, phone, or WhatsApp.
- To send order emails (confirmation, shipping, delivery, cancellation) if you gave us an email address.
- To calculate 3D print quotes and produce your print job.
- For customer support and after-sales service.
- Marketing emails only with your consent — every one of them carries a working
unsubscribe link.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share only what is necessary with:
- Our delivery driver — name, phone and address only, to deliver your order.
- The payment gateway (Moamalat) — to process your payment.
- Our email provider (Migadu) — to send order emails.
- Authorities — where required by Libyan law.
5. Your design files
Files you upload for printing are private and never publicly listed. They are stored
outside the site's public folder and cannot be reached by guessing a URL. Only you,
once signed in, and store staff fulfilling your order can open them. We do not share them with anyone
else and do not use them for any purpose other than producing your order.
6. Showcase gallery
If you choose to share a photo of a print we made for you, it appears publicly in the showcase after review.
Sharing is entirely optional and you can ask us to remove your photo at any time.
7. Cookies and tracking
We use no analytics or advertising trackers — no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel,
no third-party tracking pixels. The only external scripts on the site are:
- Google Sign-In — loaded only when you use it.
- Facebook Login — loaded only when you use it.
- Google Fonts, for the Arabic typeface.
8. How long we keep data
- Order and invoice records: kept for accounting and after-sales purposes.
- Design files: kept so you can reorder without uploading again.
- If you request deletion, we delete your data as described below.
9. Your rights — access, correction, deletion
- Access: you may request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Correction: you may edit your account details or ask us to correct them.
- Marketing opt-out: use the unsubscribe link in any email.
- Deletion: you may request full deletion of your account and data —
see the deletion instructions here.
10. Security
The whole site runs over encrypted HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed, and design files are kept in a
non-public path. No system on the internet can promise absolute security, and we keep improving our protections.
11. Children
This is a commercial store and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as we add services. The last-updated date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
