يحقّ لك في أي وقت أن تطلب حذف حسابك وكل البيانات المرتبطة به من متجر الشريك التقني (PartnerTech)، بما في ذلك البيانات التي وصلتنا عند تسجيل دخولك عبر Facebook أو Google. هذه الصفحة توضّح الخطوات.
لماذا نطلب التحقق؟ حتى لا يستطيع شخص آخر حذف حسابك أو بياناتك انتحالًا لشخصيتك. لن نطلب منك أبدًا كلمة المرور أو أي بيانات بطاقة مصرفية.

سجلّات الطلبات والفواتير المكتملة قد نضطر للاحتفاظ بها للأغراض المحاسبية والضريبية ولإثبات المعاملات التجارية، كما هو معتاد في أي متجر. في هذه الحالة نُزيل منها بياناتك الشخصية قدر الإمكان ونبقي على أرقام الفاتورة والمبالغ فقط. أخبرنا إن كان لديك أي استفسار حول هذه النقطة.
إذا كنت لا ترغب في حذف حسابك بالكامل، وإنما تريد فقط إيقاف الرسائل الترويجية، فاضغط رابط «إلغاء الاشتراك» الموجود في أسفل أي رسالة وصلتك منّا — يعمل فورًا ودون الحاجة لمراسلتنا.
يمكنك أيضًا فصل التطبيق من جهة Facebook مباشرةً: افتح Facebook ← الإعدادات والخصوصية ← الإعدادات ← تطبيقات ومواقع، ثم اختر PartnerTech واضغط إزالة. هذا يمنع Facebook من مشاركة أي بيانات جديدة معنا، لكنه لا يحذف ما هو محفوظ لدينا — لذلك أرسل لنا طلب الحذف بالخطوات أعلاه.

You may ask us at any time to delete your account and all data associated with it at PartnerTech — including any data we received when you signed in with Facebook or Google. This page explains how.
Why we verify: so nobody else can delete your account by pretending to be you. We will never ask you for your password or any card details.

Completed order and invoice records may have to be retained for accounting and tax purposes and as proof of a commercial transaction, as with any store. Where that applies we strip out your personal details as far as possible and keep only invoice numbers and amounts. Ask us if you have any question about this.
If you do not want to delete your whole account and simply want the promotional emails to stop, click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we sent you. It works immediately, with no need to contact us.
You can also disconnect the app from the Facebook side: go to Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites, select PartnerTech and choose Remove. That stops Facebook sharing any new data with us, but it does not delete what we already hold — so please also send us the request above.
